Support that actually prioritises you.

Behaviour Support

Behaviour Support helps you understand what’s driving behaviours of concern and build practical, respectful strategies that support safety, connection, and everyday wellbeing. We use a person-centred approach to work with you and your network to reduce stress, build skills, and put practical, everyday support plans in place. Sessions can be delivered in person or via telehealth, with support tailored for NDIS participants and the wider community.

Early Childhood Intervention

Early Childhood Support offers gentle, practical support for young children and their families during big developmental stages. We help with emotional regulation, behaviour, routines, and transitions, while supporting parents and carers with clear strategies that strengthen relationships at home and in early learning settings. Sessions can be delivered in person or via telehealth, with support tailored for NDIS participants and the wider community.

NDIS Therapy

If you have NDIS funding under Capacity Building, therapy and counselling can help you build skills, confidence, and independence, not just manage day-to-day.

This is different from direct support. Instead of helping you do something right now, capacity-building therapy helps you develop the ability to do more on your own over time. It's an investment in your future.

EAP Counselling

EAP counselling is a free, confidential service funded by your employer and is available to you whenever you need it, no referral required.

Life doesn't stop at the office door. Whether you're dealing with stress at work, conflict with a colleague, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, or anxiety, EAP counselling gives you a safe, private space to talk it through with a qualified professional.

Private Counselling

Private counselling gives you the freedom to work with a therapist on your terms — at your own pace, exploring what matters most to you.

You choose your practitioner, your pace, and how long you continue. There are no session caps imposed by a government scheme, which means the work can go as deep as you need it to — whether you're working through something specific or seeking longer-term personal growth.

Mental Health Treatment Plan

A Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) lets you access up to 10 subsidised therapy sessions per year through Medicare, making professional support much more affordable.

To get started, book an appointment with your GP. They'll talk with you about how you're feeling, assess your mental health, and if appropriate, create a plan and refer you to a psychologist or mental health professional.

Supervision

Supporting people well means supporting the people who support them. Our clinical consultation and supervision services help practitioners grow in confidence, competence, and care.

Whether you're a graduate clinician working towards registration, an experienced practitioner seeking a reflective space, or a team looking for expert guidance on a complex case, we offer structured, thoughtful supervision grounded in evidence and real-world practice.
